Each medal will be sent separately when you claim them, or we can post all 3 together, let us know when you submit evidence.

Who Can Enter; Adults and children of all ages.

How Do I Earn Them; The events can be earnt through any exercise either in one go or across a series of exercise events throughout the time period.

How Do I Claim My Medal; You can claim your medals as soon as you have completed the distance and the event is open. Fill in the form HERE. You will be sent your medals as soon as your evidence has been received, you don’t need to wait until the end of the challenge.
