Forestry England Couch 2 10KM Challenge

‘Mighty oaks from little acorns grow’.

To celebrate Forestry England’s 100 years of forestry, we are bringing you the Couch 2 10KM challenge, which you can complete in 12 weeks. This challenge is all about getting outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and making the most of the summer! Whether you’re looking to be able to run 10KM or walk 10KM (or a bit of both), our medal is here to help you on your journey and celebrate your success when you complete it.

Why not finish your plan off in style and “graduate” at the Forestry 100 Forest of Dean 10K on 8th September? You can choose to run the race or just come and join in the atmosphere and collect your medal!

We’ve teamed up with Forestry England to not only provide you with this fantastic medal challenge but if you’re new to running, we have a FREE Couch 2 10KM plan for you too, all included in the cost of the medal (£11.99). Our detailed, informative plan has been designed by a qualified running coach especially for this challenge. Plus you’ll also receive updates via email with top tips & advice and receive access into a closed Facebook group where you can chat with other challengers & swap notes.

If you are already a runner or are mid completing a couch 2 10KM plan and are just looking for the challenge, you can purchase the medal alone.
