How It Works
Please note that until further notice, any of our events can be covered through other means of exercise. This includes anything that covers distance such as cycling, rowing and step counters through walking. You can mix and match as many different forms of exercise, as long as all of them combined covers the distance of your medal.

1) Choose Your Challenge
Choose your event and purchase your entry, we ship worldwide. If the event is live and open, you have 2 months to complete the distance (unless otherwise specified). Make sure you include ALL runners names on the notes so they can receive their own personalised ebib. If the event is not open, you will not be able to start earning your evidence or submit it until after the start date – the event will tell you this on our website.
2) Receive Your Personalised E-bib
Once your order is on our system, you will receive your personalised e-bib e-mailed (within 48 hours, excluding weekends). This also contains instructions on how to claim your medal.
3) Challenge complete, Claim Your Medal
Although the challenges last 2 months (or more), you can claim your medal as soon as you have run/walked the distance and the event is open. You will be sent your medal as soon as your evidence has been received, you won’t need to wait until the end of the challenge. Please send us your evidence by using our form. If you are using more than one run/walk as evidence, please may we recommend applications such as layout or photocollage, which will allow you to include up to nine photos per attachment. We also accept watch screenshots, a photo of a treadmill or a photo of a spreadsheet/written sheet with the date and distances on.
4) Receive Your Medal
All evidence is processed within a 48 hour period during our working times (*unless otherwise stated on the medal advert*), and then posted 2nd class. Average turnaround for each order will normally be around 3-4 working days. For EU and International orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Once your evidence has been submitted, please sit back, relax and wait for your medal to be posted to you, you’ve earned it! *Please read our terms and conditions regarding our live event medals. Much like any other event, only medals that have received evidence within the given timescales will be released*

We encourage children of ALL ages to be getting out and doing some exercise! Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to strap your expensive watches on their arms……….if you’re ordering any medals for a child, just pop a note on your order to tell us. You can even put their name on the delivery section of the order so the envelope will come addressed to them. No evidence is required for children’s medals, when you’re sure they have completed the task, just drop us an email to know and we’ll send it to them. If you’d like the medal to be sent straight away for you to present to them when they have completed it, please email us to let us know.
Refunds/Faulty Medals
All medals are thoroughly quality checked before they leave our premises. In the case of a medal being faulty or damaged during transit, please contact us via email. If you have been unable to complete your challenge, you can have an extension added to your event, please email us to do this. If you have not claimed your medal, you will receive two separate emails reminding you to provide your evidence for your medal to be sent. If we do not hear from you, we cannot guarantee stock of your medal. We do not offer refunds for any challenges not completed or required.
