With the current Coronavirus situation worldwide and with many unable to get out to complete runs, please note that until further notice, any of our events can be covered through other means of exercise. This includes anything that covers distance such as cycling, rowing and step counters through walking. You can mix and match as many different forms of exercise, as long as all of them combined covers the distance of your medal.
