Charity Donation; 50p from each sale until 31st May will be donated to Phoenix. Phoenix is a registered charity that offers free treatment and support to those suffering from substance addictions.

Who Can Enter; Adults and children of all ages. Please see our FAQ for challenges for children.

How Do I Earn It; The event can be earnt through any exercise either in one go or across a series of exercise events throughout the time period.

How Do I Claim My Medal; You can claim your medal as soon as you have completed the distance. Fill in the form HERE. You will be sent your medal as soon as your evidence has been received, you don’t need to wait until the end of the challenge.
