How Do I Earn It; The event can be earnt through any exercise either in one go or across a series of exercise events throughout the time period.

How Do I Claim My Medal; You can claim your medal as soon as you have completed the distance and the event is open. Fill in the form HERE. You will be sent your medal as soon as your evidence has been received, you don’t need to wait until the end of the challenge.
