Charity Donation; 50p from each sale of this medal will be donated to The Medusa Project until 30th September 2025.  It is a 24-hour therapeutic project for young women (gender inclusive) with complex emotional needs and challenging behaviours.

How Do I Earn It; The event can be earnt through any exercise either in one go or across a series of exercise events throughout the time period.

How Do I Claim My Medal; You can claim your medal as soon as you have completed the distance. Fill in the form HERE. You will be sent your medal as soon as your evidence has been received, you don’t need to wait until the end of the challenge.
